Order Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3 business days of being placed. We do not process or dispatch on weekends or public holidays. During launches and sale periods, preparation may take slightly longer — we will email you if your order is affected.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes around 9 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee: carrier delays, customs clearance and peak periods can extend it.

Total time from order to doorstep is therefore approximately 12 business days. Delivery estimates are counted from dispatch, not from when you place your order.

Rates shown apply to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. For all other destinations we ship to, shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every order ships tracked. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our facility. Allow up to 48 hours for the first tracking scan to appear — this is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes set by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@wearpepwearpear.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
